Terms of use

Last updated June 21, 2026

CV Flair is an experimental, invite-only beta. These terms explain the deal in plain English. By requesting access to or using CV Flair, you agree to them.

CV Flair is in an early testing phase. Use it at your own risk.

It’s provided as is, with no guarantees. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time, and the service can be paused or shut down without notice. Always keep your own copy of any CV or document that matters to you.

1. The beta, as is

CV Flair is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don’t promise the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any result it produces is correct or suitable for your purpose.

2. You review everything

CV Flair helps you edit and tailor your CV, but you decide what is true and what to send to anyone. AI-generated text can be wrong or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing every word before you use it, and for making sure your CV is accurate. CV Flair is a writing tool — it is not legal, career, financial, or other professional advice.

3. Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of the CVs, profile details, and notes you put into CV Flair. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process that content so we can provide the service to you — for example, sending the relevant text to our AI provider to generate edits and audits. We don’t sell your content or use it to advertise to you. See our Privacy and Security pages for the details.

4. Acceptable use

When you use CV Flair, you agree not to:

  • use it for anything unlawful, harmful, or deceptive;
  • upload another person’s data, or content you don’t have the right to use;
  • attempt to break, overload, probe, or circumvent the security of the service;
  • resell, scrape, or abuse the service, or use it to build a competing dataset.

Accounts are invite-only. Keep your sign-in details safe — you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CV Flair and the people who build it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost opportunities, lost or inaccurate content, or missed applications, arising from your use of this beta. The product is provided free of charge during the beta, and our total liability to you is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.

6. Changes to these terms

Because the product is evolving quickly, we may update these terms. If we make a material change we’ll update the date above. Continuing to use CV Flair after a change means you accept the updated terms.
